You can't do it all on your own

Of all the services we offer, our in-house training is the most underestimated in its value. Your employees can make or break your website. If they are not professionally trained on how to make it a success in their day-to-day operations, it will be a stale site. Very few of our clients understand its importance, give us a call and our consultants will give you valuable insight.

E-mail setup and troubleshooting issues

Our professional staff usually recommends handling all e-mail issues over the phone. However, some of our clients have multiple computers to set up with email accounts and/or they just aren’t comfortable doing technical things over the phone. BSOLID always makes our technicians available for house calls. Just contact us for an appointment.

Computer maintenance and hardware configurations

Many small businesses do not have the money, or someone in house, to fix all of their frustrating hardware issues. BSOLID can help. Regardless of the problem, we’re welcome to assess the issue and if we can help, come out to your business and GIT-R-DONE. If we can’t help, we have many preferred vendors that we are happy to recommend.

Networking

BSOLID is not a professional networking company. Our skills are limited. However, we can do very basic networking if needed. We do not push it if we feel any level of discomfort.
